Shipping & delivery?

We ship our orders through DPD next day delivery when orders are placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed post 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered by Tuesday.

For our London based customers we offer tailored delivery options (if you are eligible) at checkout. We offer zero emissions Immediate Delivery within the hour, Same Day Delivery before 8pm (even on the weekends!) and Selected Window Delivery (select a 30 minute delivery window).

Free shipping is offered on orders over £50, this will automatically populate at checkout. 

All shipping costs are specified at checkout.

Want to become a stockist?

Please email hello@pimentaedrinks.com outlining your request and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

My order arrived damaged?

Please email hello@pimentaedrinks.com with photo evidence of the damage. We will (1) arrange a refund exclusive of shipping costs or (2) send a replacement bottle(s).

Requesting & method of Refund?

Please email hello@pimentaedrinks.com outlining your reason for a refund and photo evidence if the order is damaged.

All refunds will be made to the same payment method used when placing the original order. 

Refund policy?

Due to the nature of goods sold, we do not offer returns on any of our bottled drinks. We offer refunds when the order arrives damaged or we will send a replacement at your request.  If orders arrive late please attach evidence and contact us on hello@pimentaedrinks.com and we will refund shipping.
