1. Promoter 

The promoter of this competition is Pimenta Ltd ("Pimentae"), whose registered office is at 80 Palewell Park, London, SW14 8JH. 

2. Eligibility 

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Pimenta Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

3. Promotional Period 

The promotion opens at 00:01 on 22 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12 August 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter: 

• Purchase a participating Pimentae product from a Sainsbury's store during the Promotional Period. 
• Scan the QR code displayed on the in-store shelf wobbler. 
• Complete the online entry form. 
• Provide your name and email address. 
• Upload a valid Sainsbury's receipt showing purchase of the participating product(s). 

Only purchases made at Sainsbury's during the Promotional Period are eligible. Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. 

5. Participating Products 

• Pimentae Spicy Margarita 125ml Can 
• Pimentae Grapefruit Margarita 125ml Can 

6. Entry Allocation 

Each participating can purchased equals one entry into the prize draw. 

For example: 

• Purchase of 1 can = 1 entry 
• Purchase of 4 cans = 4 entries 
• Purchase of 10 cans = 10 entries 

Entries will be allocated based on the quantity of participating products shown on a valid Sainsbury's receipt. 

7. Prizes 

There are three prizes available: 

• One prize of £500 
• One prize of £250 
• One prize of £100 

Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered. 

8. Winner Selection 

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. 

Winners will be drawn within seven days of the competition closing and contacted via the email address provided during entry. 

9. Winner Notification 

Winners must respond within fourteen days of initial contact. 

If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, Pimenta Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. 

10. Receipt Verification 

Pimenta Ltd reserves the right to verify all entries and request additional information where necessary. 

Entrants must be able to provide proof of purchase upon request. Illegible, incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified. 

11. Data Protection 

Personal data collected through this promotion will be used by Pimenta Ltd solely for the administration of the competition, including validating entries, contacting winners and awarding prizes. 

The personal data collected may include: 

• First Name 
• Last Name 
• Email Address 
• Receipt Upload 

12. Marketing Consent 

Entrants are not required to consent to receiving marketing communications from Pimentae in order to enter the competition. 

Any marketing consent will be requested separately via an optional opt-in checkbox. 

Where an entrant chooses to opt in, Pimentae may use their details to send marketing communications relating to its products, events and promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. 

13. Third-Party Data Usage 

Customer data collected through this promotion will not be shared with or used by any third party for their own marketing purposes. 

Any third-party technology providers used in connection with the promotion act solely as service providers to Pimentae and are not permitted to use entrant data for their own marketing purposes. 

14. Liability 

Pimenta Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical reasons beyond its reasonable control. 

15. General 

Pimenta Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 

By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

16. Sainsbury's Disclaimer 

This promotion is run by Pimenta Ltd and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, Nectar or any of their affiliates. 

17. Age Verification 

As this promotion relates to alcoholic products, entrants must be aged 18 years or over. 

Pimenta Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age from any winner prior to awarding a prize. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
